Role Overview
The Recruiter will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, sourcing high-quality candidates, conducting headhunting initiatives, and supporting the organization’s talent acquisition objectives. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment
You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, identify hiring needs, source candidates, and support successful talent acquisition across various positions.
Headhunting and Candidate Sourcing
You will proactively identify and approach qualified candidates through headhunting, networking, referrals, and recruitment platforms to build strong talent pipelines.
Candidate Engagement and Attraction
You will engage with prospective candidates, present career opportunities effectively, and build strong relationships with top talent.
Interview Coordination and Screening
You will screen applications, assess candidate suitability, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers.
Talent Pipeline Development
You will maintain an active database of qualified candidates and develop long-term talent pools to support future hiring requirements.
Recruitment Market Research
You will stay informed about market trends, competitor hiring activity, and talent availability to improve recruitment effectiveness.
