A leading organization in the UAE is hiring a Management Accountant for a full-time, on-site position. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong experience in management accounting, MIS reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis within fast-paced, multi-segment business environments.
Role Overview
The Management Accountant will be responsible for preparing accurate MIS reports, supporting financial planning and analysis, and developing performance dashboards. The role focuses on delivering high-quality financial insights, improving data accuracy, and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Management Information (MIS) Reporting
You will prepare daily and monthly MIS reports with structured data sources, ownership tracking, and defined cut-offs. You will also develop segment-wise P&L reports and trading performance dashboards with proper cost allocation.
Planning & Financial Analysis
You will support budgeting, forecasting, and rolling financial plans. You will analyze budget vs actual performance, provide variance explanations, and develop cost and unit economics models.
Standards & Data Quality
You will define KPI structures, reporting templates, and scorecards while ensuring data accuracy. You will also identify and resolve data inconsistencies to improve reporting reliability.
Business Performance Reporting
You will build financial dashboards and reports that provide clear insights into business performance and support management decision-making.
Multi-Entity Accounting Support
You will handle reporting across multiple business segments and entities, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and proper consolidation.
Job Requirements
• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification
• Strong experience in management accounting or MIS reporting
• Experience in multi-entity or multi-segment environments
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Power BI experience is an advantage
• Trading or commodities exposure preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
