A leading organization in the FMCG sector is hiring an HR Representative for a full-time, on-site position in Sharjah. This role is ideal for HR professionals with FMCG industry experience, strong knowledge of UAE labour law, and the ability to support end-to-end HR operations in a fast-paced environment.
Role Overview
The HR Representative will be responsible for supporting HR operations, employee relations, and administrative HR functions. The role requires strong communication skills, bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English, and hands-on experience in HR processes within the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations Support
You will support day-to-day HR operations, assist in implementing HR policies, and ensure smooth execution of HR processes across the organization.
Employee Relations and Communication
You will handle employee queries, support workplace communication, and maintain positive employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
HR Administration and Documentation
You will maintain HR records, update employee data, support documentation processes, and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR information.
Recruitment and Onboarding Support
You will assist in recruitment activities, support onboarding processes, and coordinate with departments for hiring and induction activities.
Compliance with UAE Labour Law
You will ensure HR practices comply with UAE labour regulations, support policy implementation, and assist in maintaining legal HR standards.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience in the FMCG industry
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR operations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be currently based in the UAE
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced FMCG environment
• Attention to detail and confidentiality in HR matters
