A well-established real estate organization is hiring a Head of Recruitment for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. This role is ideal for experienced recruitment leaders with strong team management capabilities, strategic hiring expertise, and the ability to scale talent acquisition functions within a fast-growing business environment.
Role Overview
The Head of Recruitment will be responsible for leading and developing the recruitment department, building high-performing teams, and driving end-to-end hiring strategy. The role requires strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to implement effective recruitment processes that support business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy and Leadership
You will lead the overall recruitment strategy, design hiring plans, improve recruitment processes, and ensure alignment with business growth objectives.
Team Building and Management
You will build, mentor, and manage a recruitment team, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition function.
Talent Acquisition and Hiring Execution
You will oversee end-to-end recruitment activities, support critical hiring needs, and ensure timely delivery of quality candidates across roles.
Process Improvement and Optimization
You will evaluate and enhance recruitment workflows, implement best practices, and improve efficiency in sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
Stakeholder Management
You will collaborate with business leaders to understand hiring needs, provide recruitment insights, and ensure alignment between talent strategy and organizational goals.
Job Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior recruitment leadership role
• Proven experience building and managing recruitment teams
• Real estate recruitment experience is highly advantageous
• Strong strategic mindset with ability to improve processes
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies
