A leading real estate brokerage organization is hiring an HR Recruitment Assistant for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. This role is ideal for organized HR professionals with strong recruitment support experience, real estate industry exposure, and the ability to assist in end-to-end hiring processes within a fast-paced environment.
Role Overview
The HR Recruitment Assistant will support recruitment operations by coordinating hiring activities, maintaining candidate records, assisting with job postings, and ensuring smooth workflow across recruitment functions. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
HR Recruitment Support
You will support HR recruitment functions by assisting with processes, coordinating activities, organizing information, and ensuring smooth execution of recruitment operations.
Recruitment Coordination
You will coordinate recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, managing workflows, organizing tasks, and supporting hiring teams throughout the recruitment cycle.
Job Posting and Vacancy Management
You will assist in managing job postings, updating vacancy details, coordinating advertisements, and ensuring effective promotion of job opportunities.
Recruitment Advertising Support
You will support recruitment advertising activities by helping publish job ads, maintaining records, and ensuring visibility of open positions across platforms.
Applicant Screening and Shortlisting Support
You will assist in reviewing applications, evaluating candidate information, supporting shortlisting processes, and maintaining accurate recruitment records.
Application Review Support
You will help manage incoming applications, organize candidate data, and support preliminary screening and assessment processes.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management Support
You will assist in maintaining the ATS by updating candidate records, tracking application progress, and ensuring organized recruitment data management.
Job Requirements
• Experience in HR or recruitment support roles is preferred
• Knowledge of real estate or brokerage industry is an advantage
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
• Ability to work effectively within a team
