A leading hospitality organization is hiring a Restaurant Admin & Accountant for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. This role is ideal for professionals with strong accounting and administrative expertise, restaurant operations experience, and the ability to manage financial and operational functions within a fast-paced hospitality environment.


Role Overview
The Restaurant Admin & Accountant will be responsible for overseeing administrative and accounting activities, managing payroll and supplier coordination, supporting financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support operational performance and business growth.


Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Administrative and Accounting Operations
You will manage day-to-day administrative and accounting functions, maintain financial records, and support efficient restaurant operations.


Payroll, Supplier Coordination, and Staff Scheduling
You will process payroll activities, coordinate with suppliers, support staff scheduling, and ensure smooth operational workflows.


Financial Reporting and VAT Compliance
You will prepare financial reports, support VAT filings, maintain accurate accounting records, and ensure compliance with UAE tax requirements.


Cost Control and Budget Management
You will conduct cost analysis, monitor operational expenses, assist with budgeting activities, and support management in improving financial performance.


Inventory Management and Regulatory Compliance
You will oversee inventory records, monitor stock levels, and ensure adherence to UAE regulations and internal operational standards.


Performance Tracking and Management Support
You will provide management with financial insights, performance reports, and administrative support to facilitate informed decision-making.


Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 2–4 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and VAT regulations
• Experience managing payroll and supplier coordination
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment
