A leading group of companies in the construction, manufacturing, and fabrication sector is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist for a full-time, on-site position in Sharjah. This role is ideal for recruitment professionals with strong UAE experience and proven expertise in bulk hiring and end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple levels.


Role Overview
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, handling high-volume hiring requirements, and supporting workforce needs across multiple business units. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to deliver recruitment outcomes in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment Management
You will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and coordinating selection processes across all levels of hiring.


Bulk Hiring and Workforce Planning
You will handle high-volume recruitment requirements, support project-based hiring needs, and ensure timely closure of critical positions across business units.


Candidate Sourcing and Talent Pipeline Development
You will source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, referrals, and recruitment agencies while building and maintaining strong talent pipelines.


Interviewing and Candidate Assessment
You will conduct interviews, evaluate candidate suitability, perform assessments, and ensure only qualified candidates are presented to hiring managers.


Stakeholder and Vendor Coordination
You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners to ensure smooth hiring processes and alignment with business requirements.


Reporting and Recruitment Analytics
You will prepare recruitment reports, track hiring metrics, and provide updates on recruitment progress and performance indicators.


Onboarding Support
You will assist with onboarding processes, coordinate joining formalities, and ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.


Job Requirements
• Master’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of UAE recruitment experience (mandatory)
• Experience in Construction, Manufacturing, or Fabrication industries (mandatory)
• Proven experience in bulk recruitment and mass hiring
• Ability to recruit across all levels (blue-collar to senior management)
• Strong sourcing, screening, and interviewing skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Immediate joiners preferred
• Strong understanding of recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition strategies
