A fast-growing organization is hiring an Executive Assistant / Office Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. This role is ideal for highly organized and proactive professionals with strong executive support experience and the ability to manage office operations within a dynamic business environment.


Role Overview
The Executive Assistant / Office Manager will provide direct support to the CEO while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of office operations. The role requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and the capability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and discretion.


Key Responsibilities

Executive Calendar and Travel Management
You will manage the CEO’s calendar, coordinate meetings, organize travel arrangements, and ensure schedules are optimized to support business priorities.


Internal and External Communications
You will coordinate communications with internal teams, clients, vendors, and external stakeholders while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality at all times.


HR and Administrative Support
You will support HR functions, oversee administrative activities, maintain office procedures, and contribute to efficient day-to-day operations.


Reports, Presentations, and Special Projects
You will prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation while assisting with special projects and executive initiatives as required.


Stakeholder and Vendor Coordination
You will liaise with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure effective communication, seamless coordination, and timely completion of business activities.


Office Operations Management
You will oversee office management activities, maintain organizational standards, and support a productive and professional working environment.


Job Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience supporting senior executives
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Experience working in fast-paced business environments
• Strong administrative and office management expertise
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and presentation tools
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Arabic language skills are an advantage
