A leading real estate development organization is hiring a Receptionist for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. This role is ideal for professional and personable front desk professionals who possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional first impressions in a dynamic corporate environment.


Role Overview
The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience at all times. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling inbound communications, coordinating visitor logistics, and supporting administrative activities while maintaining a positive representation of the organization.


Key Responsibilities

Front Desk and Visitor Management
You will welcome visitors, clients, and guests with professionalism, assist with inquiries, and ensure they are directed to the appropriate departments or personnel.


Call Handling and Communication
You will manage incoming calls, transfer communications efficiently, take accurate messages, and ensure prompt and professional responses to inquiries.


Reception Area Management
You will maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment that reflects the organization’s professional standards.


Visitor Coordination and Logistics
You will coordinate visitor appointments, manage guest registrations, and support smooth visitor flow throughout the office.


Administrative Support
You will assist with general administrative tasks, maintain records, organize documentation, and provide support to various departments as required.


Professional Brand Representation
You will serve as a positive representative of the organization by demonstrating professionalism, courtesy, and excellent customer service in all interactions.


Job Requirements
• Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative role preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Ability to work independently and confidently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience within the real estate sector is an advantage
