A leading healthcare organization is hiring an HR Officer for a full-time, on-site position in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for organized HR professionals with strong human resources expertise, recruitment experience, and the ability to support HR operations within a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Role Overview
The HR Officer will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, coordinating recruitment activities, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. The role requires strong administrative capabilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to support both clinical and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities
HR Functions Support and Coordination
You will support HR operations by coordinating processes, maintaining HR systems, organizing activities, and ensuring the smooth execution of human resources functions across the organization.
Human Resources Administration
You will manage HR administrative activities, maintain employee records, support policy implementation, and ensure HR documentation is organized, accurate, and compliant.
Recruitment and Hiring Support
You will assist with recruitment activities by supporting job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring processes with department managers.
Job Posting and Vacancy Management
You will manage job advertisements, update vacancy information, coordinate recruitment campaigns, and ensure positions are promoted effectively across relevant platforms.
Applicant Screening and Shortlisting
You will review applications, evaluate candidate qualifications, shortlist suitable applicants, and maintain accurate recruitment records throughout the hiring process.
Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management
You will maintain candidate information within the ATS, track application progress, organize recruitment data, and support efficient hiring workflows.
Interview Coordination and Scheduling
You will coordinate interviews by arranging schedules, confirming candidate availability, communicating logistics, and ensuring a seamless interview experience.
Candidate Communication and Support
You will maintain professional communication with candidates, provide recruitment updates, answer inquiries, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Interview Documentation and Records
You will maintain interview records, organize feedback documentation, compile recruitment reports, and ensure all hiring documentation is properly filed and accessible.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in HR operations, recruitment, or human resources administration
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate management
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Healthcare sector experience is an advantage
