A leading organization in Dubai is hiring a Finance Business Partner for a full-time, on-site position. This role is ideal for experienced finance professionals who can bridge finance and business operations, influence strategic decisions, and drive performance through data-driven insights.

Role Overview

The Finance Business Partner will act as a strategic advisor to business units, translating financial data into actionable insights. You will work closely with operations, marketing, product, and commercial teams to support decision-making, improve profitability, and drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Partnership and Financial Advisory

You will work directly with business leaders as a trusted finance advisor, challenging assumptions, validating strategies with data, and supporting informed decision-making across departments.

P&L Ownership and Performance Management

You will own financial performance analysis for assigned business units, track P&L against targets, analyze variances, identify inefficiencies, and support corrective actions to improve profitability.

Budgeting and Forecasting

You will lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, build financial models, coordinate stakeholder inputs, and develop realistic forecasts aligned with business performance and market conditions.

Financial Analysis and Strategic Insights

You will analyze financial data to identify trends, cost drivers, risks, and opportunities. You will develop dashboards and reports that provide clear business insights for leadership teams.

Pricing and Commercial Support

You will support pricing strategies, promotional analysis, commission structures, vendor negotiations, and commercial decision-making by evaluating financial impact and profitability outcomes.

Data-Driven Decision Support

You will transform financial data into actionable insights that guide business strategy, improve efficiency, and support revenue growth across business units.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Strong experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or business finance roles
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skills
• Strong understanding of P&L management and business performance tracking
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (operations, marketing, commercial)
• Advanced Excel skills; BI tools experience is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to influence business decisions using data
