A leading insurance and financial services organization in Dubai is hiring a Financial Advisor for a full-time, on-site position. This role is ideal for experienced financial professionals with strong advisory expertise, insurance and investment knowledge, and the ability to provide tailored financial solutions while building long-term client relationships.


Role Overview

The Financial Advisor will be responsible for assessing clients’ financial needs, recommending suitable insurance and investment solutions, and providing comprehensive financial guidance to help clients achieve their long-term objectives. The role requires excellent relationship management skills, strong product knowledge, and a client-focused approach.


Key Responsibilities

Client Financial Assessment and Needs Analysis

You will conduct comprehensive financial assessments by evaluating clients’ financial situations, understanding their goals, assessing risk tolerance, and identifying opportunities to develop customized financial strategies.

Insurance Product Advisory

You will develop in-depth knowledge of insurance products and recommend suitable coverage options based on each client’s financial objectives, protection needs, and risk profile.

Investment and Wealth Management Advisory

You will provide investment guidance by discussing asset allocation strategies, evaluating investment opportunities, and supporting clients in building long-term wealth aligned with their financial goals.

Client Relationship Management

You will establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication, exceptional service, and proactive financial guidance while identifying opportunities to expand financial solutions.

Financial Solution Development

You will create personalized financial plans by combining insurance and investment strategies that address client objectives and support long-term financial security.

Business Development and Client Growth

You will identify new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and relationship-building while contributing to the organization’s growth and client acquisition efforts.


Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
• Experience in financial advisory, insurance, wealth management, or investment services preferred
• Strong understanding of insurance products and investment strategies
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
• Ability to assess client needs and recommend customized financial solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Sales and business development experience is an advantage
• Professional certifications related to finance or investments are a plus
