A leading organization in Abu Dhabi is hiring a Financial Analyst for a full-time, on-site position. This role is ideal for experienced finance professionals with strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance management who can support strategic decision-making and drive organizational growth.
Role Overview
The Financial Analyst will play a key role in supporting financial planning, business analysis, and strategic initiatives by delivering accurate financial insights and performance reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with senior leadership to develop financial models, evaluate business performance, and identify opportunities for growth and operational improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis and Performance Management
You will perform comprehensive financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support informed business decisions and improve organizational performance.
Financial Modeling and Business Planning
You will develop financial models, business performance dashboards, and analytical tools to evaluate business initiatives and support long-term planning.
Revenue and Profitability Analysis
You will analyze revenue streams, operating costs, profitability metrics, and investment opportunities while identifying trends and recommending improvements.
Budgeting and Forecasting
You will support annual budgeting cycles and long-term financial planning processes by preparing forecasts, monitoring performance, and explaining variances.
Management Reporting
You will prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations that provide senior leadership with actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
Business Collaboration
You will work closely with finance and cross-functional business teams to support corporate initiatives, evaluate opportunities, and improve financial performance across the organization.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 5–10 years of professional experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Business Finance
• Strong expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and business analytics
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools
• CFA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage
• UAE experience is mandatory
• Strong analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: AED 18,000 – AED 25,000 per month
