A professional services firm in Downtown Dubai is hiring a Business Development Executive / Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position. This role is ideal for experienced sales professionals with a strong background in audit, accounting, tax, consulting, corporate services, or financial services who can drive new business acquisition and build strategic client relationships across the UAE.
Role Overview
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, developing client relationships, and promoting professional services including Audit, Accounting, Tax Advisory, VAT, Corporate Tax, CFO Services, and Business Consulting. The role requires a commercially driven individual capable of engaging with business owners, CFOs, Finance Directors, Managing Directors, and other senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development and Lead Generation
You will identify and develop new business opportunities for audit, accounting, tax, and consulting services. You will generate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, cold calling, and industry events.
Government and Corporate Sector Development
You will explore opportunities within government entities, semi-government organizations, public sector institutions, and regulatory bodies across the UAE while building long-term strategic relationships.
Client Relationship Management
You will build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understand their requirements, and position suitable professional service solutions.
Sales Presentations and Proposal Development
You will arrange client meetings, conduct presentations, coordinate with technical teams, and support the preparation of proposals, engagement letters, and commercial offers.
Sales Negotiation and Revenue Growth
You will negotiate commercial terms, manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, and consistently achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Market Intelligence and Networking
You will monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities while representing the firm at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3–5 years of business development or sales experience within Audit, Accounting, Tax, Consulting, Corporate Services, or Financial Services sectors
• Strong understanding of Audit, Accounting, VAT, Corporate Tax, and Consulting services preferred
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
• UAE driving licence preferred
• Existing UAE business network is highly advantageous
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently
• Professional and confident when engaging with senior decision-makers
• Candidates must currently be based in the UAE with UAE experience
Salary & Benefits
• Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 20,000 per month
• Attractive commission structure
• Working Schedule: 5.5 days per week
• Friday: Half Day
• Saturday: Off
