A global food and dairy company is hiring a Business Finance Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. This role is ideal for experienced finance professionals with strong accounting expertise, financial planning capability, and solid exposure to the FMCG or food and beverage industry.

Role Overview

The Business Finance Manager will be responsible for managing financial operations, budgeting, reporting, and financial analysis. The role requires strong control over accounting processes, financial planning, and regulatory compliance, while supporting business decision-making and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Budget Management

You will develop and manage annual budgets by coordinating with departments, setting financial targets, and monitoring performance. You will analyze variances, conduct budget reviews, and recommend adjustments to align financial plans with business strategy.

General Ledger and Accounting Operations

You will oversee general ledger activities, ensure accurate transaction recording, maintain proper account classification, and manage monthly reconciliations. You will investigate discrepancies and ensure the integrity of financial records.

Financial Statement Preparation and Analysis

You will oversee preparation of financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations. You will ensure timely and accurate reporting with proper disclosures to support management decisions.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Strong experience in financial management or business finance roles
• FMCG / food & beverage industry experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Strong general ledger and accounting operations expertise
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
