A company in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Manager to oversee accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for experienced finance professionals with strong leadership and technical accounting expertise.

Role Overview

The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, audit coordination, and team supervision. The role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to ensure financial accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations Management

You will oversee all accounting and financial operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies.

Financial Reporting and Budgeting

You will prepare financial statements, manage budgeting processes, and support financial planning aligned with organizational goals.

Compliance and Audit Coordination

You will ensure compliance with financial regulations and coordinate internal and external audits while maintaining accurate documentation and records.

Cash Flow and Internal Controls

You will monitor cash flow, manage liquidity, and implement strong internal controls to safeguard financial integrity.

Team Supervision

You will supervise accounting staff, assign tasks, review outputs, and ensure efficiency and accuracy within the finance function.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred
• 5–8 years of accounting experience
• 2–3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Strong experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and audit coordination
• Knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
