Role Overview

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring processes. The role requires strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to attract high-quality talent aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Strategy and Planning

You will develop recruitment strategies by analyzing workforce needs, defining hiring plans, and aligning talent acquisition with business growth objectives.

Job Posting and Advertising

You will create and publish job advertisements, develop job descriptions, and promote vacancies across relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Candidate Sourcing and Prospecting

You will actively source candidates through networks, databases, and job platforms, building strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

Resume Screening and Evaluation

You will review resumes, assess qualifications, and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.

Initial Candidate Screening

You will conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability, interest, and alignment with role expectations.

Interview Scheduling and Coordination

You will coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, manage scheduling logistics, and ensure a smooth interview process.

Job Requirements
