A leading contracting and construction services organization is hiring an HR Manager for a full-time, on-site position in Dubai. This role is ideal for experienced HR professionals with strong expertise in human resources management, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee development, particularly within the construction and contracting industry.
Role Overview
The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, developing HR strategies, leading recruitment initiatives, managing construction workforce requirements, and supporting organizational growth. The role requires a strategic HR leader who can align people practices with business objectives while ensuring operational excellence across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy Development and Implementation
You will develop and implement HR strategies by analyzing organizational needs, setting HR objectives, creating action plans, and supporting business growth. You will align HR initiatives with organizational goals and contribute to workforce planning and talent management strategies.
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Leadership
You will lead recruitment activities by developing hiring strategies, overseeing sourcing initiatives, managing recruitment processes, and building strong talent pipelines. You will support hiring managers and ensure successful recruitment across construction, technical, and administrative roles.
Construction Workforce Management
You will manage workforce planning and staffing requirements across construction projects. This includes recruiting skilled tradespeople, laborers, supervisors, equipment operators, and supporting site staffing needs in coordination with project managers and site teams.
Team Leadership and Management
You will lead and mentor the HR team, assign responsibilities, conduct performance reviews, support professional development, and foster a collaborative and high-performing HR function.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in HR management roles
• Construction or contracting industry experience preferred
• Strong recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition expertise
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
